No!
Eyes. Staring. Blinking. Still.
Repeat the cycle. Try to stay calm.
Standing. Numb. Breathless. Distraught.
You're leaving me? But why?
Welling. Filling. Swelling, Eyes.
I'm trying to fight my tears hard.
Weeping. Sobbing. Wailing inner voice,
wants you to know i'm hurting.
Stern.Stubborn. Foolish pride.
Let me grieve in front of him.
Anger. Rage. Bitter hands,
Grasp at his lapels and beg him
Don't go.
mon seoul desir.... ( to my soul's desire)
You have brought untold feelings of joy.
I bask in your incandescent light.
I glow from the radiance you project,
My eyes light up when you are near.My heart sings so loudly I smile.
You have given me a sense of purpose,
Within your arms, I am, I belong.
Words can only tell you so little.
My love for you, not even the universe could hold.
Thank you for being in my life.
Thank you for being just you.
You are mon Seoul's desir
My soul's desire.
And I love you.
notes: i cannot find the French spelling grammar on the computer and probably have the female/male parts wrong too! but i got the phrase from the Lady and the Unicorn so this is why its written like this as the character is male.
Angry!
A rage is in full swing.
No-one would be wise to speak to me!
Getting wilder and wilder by the minute.
Reaching my red zone.
You have really pissed me off!
The swamp
The roots of the flax,
Sink deep in the bog.
The quagmire, the swamp.
A pitiful shrub,
In a festering pool of...
Mud, shit and death.
The smell of rotten fungi,
Clings to the putrid air
The atmosphere, the stench.
This dank dark place,
Reflects my mood.
My foul, evil mood.
Don't enter unless you dare.
To face your own fate.
If i chose to take you
I will spit you out
or like a sinkhole
Swallow you whole
Sink deep in the bog.
The quagmire, the swamp.
A pitiful shrub,
In a festering pool of...
Mud, shit and death.
The smell of rotten fungi,
Clings to the putrid air
The atmosphere, the stench.
This dank dark place,
Reflects my mood.
My foul, evil mood.
Don't enter unless you dare.
To face your own fate.
If i chose to take you
I will spit you out
or like a sinkhole
Swallow you whole
Jealousy
A swirling black mess,
consumes my mind.
My heart and eyes turn green,
like acid
My blood turns toxic in my veins,
as it poisons me.
I am sick to my stomach
as my mind plays tricks.
Past is past. A time gone
But why must it still affect?
This monster consumes me,
Takes me.
And fills me with sickened hatred
upon myself.
consumes my mind.
My heart and eyes turn green,
like acid
My blood turns toxic in my veins,
as it poisons me.
I am sick to my stomach
as my mind plays tricks.
Past is past. A time gone
But why must it still affect?
This monster consumes me,
Takes me.
And fills me with sickened hatred
upon myself.
Blessing to my unborn baby
May the light always shine,
In the darkest of places.
May the good in humanity,
be within all the faces.
May you find strength,
In times when you feel weak
May you find grace,
When surroundings are bleak
May you always be loved,
by the depths of their hearts
May your journey be fruitful,
Even when we're apart.
May you always know,
The extent of which i love you
May you always find kindness,
And to your self be true.
In the darkest of places.
May the good in humanity,
be within all the faces.
May you find strength,
In times when you feel weak
May you find grace,
When surroundings are bleak
May you always be loved,
by the depths of their hearts
May your journey be fruitful,
Even when we're apart.
May you always know,
The extent of which i love you
May you always find kindness,
And to your self be true.
Issues and Debates
I hear the world is driven by,
Nuclear power not the wind turbine.
We try to be "resourceful" but we fail.
Hear mother earth weep with our betrayal.
You blame the money but still you receive
We're still none the wiser and naive.
If we open our eyes we will see
A world of greed and misery.
I hear the world is in desperate need,
So many live in poverty.
We try to be giving but yet we take
Greed is our vice, our human mistake.
We have all the food to feed the world,
But we claim its not enough to round.
We want to believe but question religion
we prove our existence with science and precision.
What is this world coming to?

My love.
You are so sweet upon my sheets.
When the blanket of stars sparkle above us.
And the moon covers us in an ethereal glow.
As I lay deep in your arms.
My Darling
Your heart beats in time with my own.
The slow rhythm like a beat of a drum.
I could lay upon your chest forever
Just listening to you ‘bom bom, bom bom’
My Sweetheart.
How noble and kind you are.
The flowers bloom beneath your feet
The sun always shines upon you so warm
The world loves you as much as I do.
My true love.
The depth of my heart endless for you.
My love for you is like a vast and swirling ocean.
One touch of your hand sends me on a voyage
I would die here with you.
My love.
Forever I am yours.
My heart is forever yours to keep
So let me lay down and hold you close.
I shall sing us a lullaby.

A little poem i am working on.
Here is a poem based upon the original Victorian supermodel of her time Elizabeth ( Lizzie Siddal)'s life with Dante Gabriel Rossetti:
I recently watched the 'Desperate Romantics' series on DVD and it got me thinking if Lizzie was real or fictionalized by the BBC, to add to the tale of the pre-Raphaelite brotherhood.
It turns out she is real and after reading up and researching her and seeing how beautifully they painted her i felt the urge to write a poem!.
It is still in process as i need to tweak a few things but thought i would share with you my first draft:
Desperate Romantic
Oh my Miss Siddal!
He loves you oh so dearly,
And despite his wondering eye
It's you he sees so clearly!
It started once upon his brush.
When you sat with Auburn hair.
He painted you beautiful like a goddess
Depicted ethereal and rare.
To some you are Ophelia
Saddened and forlorn
To him your inspiration
His artwork is reborn.
Oh my Miss Siddal!
He teaches you to draw
Despite his large ego
He allows you to explore
You paint with such finesse
You sketch a perfect face
He taught you well, he loved to watch
When you sat down to paint.
Oh my Miss Siddal!
He wants you as his wife.
Although he hates commitment
He wants you in his life!
Oh my Mrs Rossetti!
Ten years you did have to wait
But with the ring on your finger
Life's a harder fate.
It saddens me to say Lizzie
Your marriage fails you so
You're addicted to the laudanum
And you're always feeling low
You carried yourself a daughter
But she was not to be
She is sleeping with the angels
While you are left to weep
You hair is lacking colour
It seems you've lost your flame
Your 'Angel' Gabriel, it's all his fault
How you ended up this way.
Oh my Mrs Rossetti
Or once miss Lizzie Siddal
Was it worth ending your life?
When you felt most little.
He throws himself upon your chest
You left nothing but your distant love
Now he is over come with grief
Of losing his precious 'Dove"
Oh My Ms Lizzie
If only you knew!
The obsessive paintings that he did,
his inspiration you.
He wrote you in his poems
He told of how he loved you so much
He saw you as a angel
And worshiped you as such.
He placed his books of poems
That made you true and fair
Sealed with love and tears of grief
and hid them in your hair.
"Sleep well my Darling"
He kisses you goodbye
He cried himself to sleep for weeks
And paints you one last time
Oh my Miss Siddal!
Your life couldn't of been more
We shall know your face forever
In the eyes of Ophelia and Beatrix, looking all forlorn.
